Each outfit is handmade just for you — which means we need a little time to make magic happen. Depending on the design and queue, production takes around 10–15 working days. We don’t rush, because cuteness deserves patience!

Once your handmade piece is ready, we’ll send it off into the world! Delivery usually takes up to 10 days, depending on your location and local customs.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is severely damaged or defective upon arrival. Please check your order details carefully before placing an order.

We understand that plans change, so we offer the following refund policy:
Full refund available within 3 days of placing the order.
If you request a refund after 3 days, we can only offer a 50% refund, as materials have already been prepared and production has started.
⚠️ Custom-made items require time, care, and materials — thank you for your understanding.

❌ No Return or Exchange
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
You changed your mind after the product was shipped
Slight handmade variations (each piece is unique!)
Incorrect address provided at checkout
