Q: Are your clothes made by hand?
A: Yes! All outfits and accessories are lovingly handmade in our studio. Each item is unique and may have slight variations — that’s part of the charm.

Q: Do you sell dolls?
A: No, we only sell handmade clothing and accessories. Dolls are not included in any of our listings.

Q: How long does it take to make my order?
A:Each piece is lovingly handmade from scratch — and that takes a bit of time (and a lot of thread!). Our standard production time is 10–15 business days, depending on the design and how many other cuties are in line before yours.

Q: Can I cancel or modify my order?
A: Yes — if your request is within 3 days of placing the order. After 3 days, we’ve usually begun production, so cancellations will be subject to a 50% fee.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A:We currently only accept cryptocurrency payments — including USDT and USDC — on the following networks: TRC20, ERC20, BEP20, and Polygon.
After checkout, you’ll be redirected to a fixed wallet address for manual payment.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We ship worldwide with tracked international shipping.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Great question! ⏰ First, we’ll spend 10–15 business days handmaking your order with lots of love (and probably a few cups of tea). Once it’s ready, we’ll ship it out — and delivery usually takes up to 10 days, depending on where you live.

Q: Can I return my order?
A: No returns are accepted unless the item is defective. Please contact us within 48 hours if there’s a problem.
