Q: Do you sell dolls?
A: No, we only sell handmade clothing and accessories. Dolls are not included in any of our listings.

Q: How long does it take to make my order?
A:Each piece is lovingly handmade from scratch — and that takes a bit of time (and a lot of thread!). Our standard production time is 10–15 business days, depending on the design and how many other cuties are in line before yours.

Q: Can I cancel or modify my order?
A: Yes — if your request is within 3 days of placing the order. After 3 days, we’ve usually begun production, so cancellations will be subject to a 50% fee.
